By using the Finemark Driver app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is for authorized drivers and carriers who haul freight for Finemark Inc. Access is tied to the contact information Finemark has on file for you.
Use the app only for legitimate Finemark loads. Keep your login secure, provide accurate status and documents, and don't misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app.
The app shares your location during active loads and handles documents and messages as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for following all traffic and safety laws — do not operate the app while driving.
The app is provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable at times. We don't warrant it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finemark is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here changes the terms of your separate carrier/transportation agreement with Finemark, which governs the freight relationship.
We may suspend or end access at any time, including when your carrier relationship with Finemark ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Finemark Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
